The founder of TLS is a Registered Nurse and is our Care Liaison manager overseeing all support through additional training and remaining very hands on with our clients. In order for TLS to be recognised as care providers that offer safe and quality care, TLS is registered by Care Quality Commission (CQC) who will regulate and continue to work with us at TLS to ensure ‘our clients’ receive the best possible care.
Our teams have all got many years’ experience and prior training knowledge to bring to their role as support workers. However, TLS is keen that our teams remain fresh and up to date with their knowledge, so we ensure that all team members receive both mandatory training and specialist training relating to their area of expertise.
Our training provider is both the largest and No 1 in vocational training and provides both online and hands on training for TLS. All training incorporates the CQC approved 15 standards of care laid down by the regulators which replaces the previous care certificates.
